Ladies Only Midnight Memories Walk
Although pre-registration has now closed, you can still join us on 24th September.
ON THE DAY REGISTRATIONS
You can do this by turning up on the evening of Saturday 24th September, from 9.30pm to 10pm only, and going to the "On the Day" Registration Desk. There is a joining fee of £25 per person to register on the day. You will receive an event polo shirt and a yellow wig (both subject to stocks still being available). You are asked to obtain as much sponsorship as possible from family and friends post-event, in addition to the registration fee. You can download a sponsorship form from this page – if you do this please bring your sponsorship form with you as well.
Important – for all participants – please DO NOT bring any sponsorship funds with you on the night, as we do not have security arrangements to take cash or other payments, except for "on the night registrations".
So, if you are not already registered .... why not join us for our 2011 ladies only Midnight Memories Walk and help us raise over £50, 000 towards the annual running costs of St Raphael's Hospice. The walk is approximately 5 miles, it starts and finishes at the Hospice, London Road, North Cheam SM3 9DX.
This year there is a 'wear yellow' theme and everyone who takes part will receive a free yellow polo shirt and yellow wig. It is a sponsored walk which means that you are asked to get sponsorship from your family, work colleagues and friends.

WE NEED MEN AS WELL !
This event is Ladies Only because we have more participants and raise more money at "Ladies Only" events. But we still need men! In particular there is lots of help needed on the night through stewarding and in other ways. Please contact Suzi Forland on 020 8644 3857 if you can attend as a helper.
