Complaints

If you have a complaint, or wish to send compliments or comments about any aspect of our services, the people you should address those to in the first instance are:

 

The Hospice Management Team takes seriously all complaints received. Patients, their relatives and visitors are advised that, should they feel their complaint has not been dealt with satisfactorily by the Hospice, they are entitled to contact the Care Quality Commission with whom St Raphael's is registered.
